Sensata | Crydom EL Series DC Output solid state relays come in a compact 21 x 35 mm housing and offer ratings up to 20 Amps. These compact SSRs come with a pre-installed thermal pad so there is no need to use thermal grease.
The EL100D5-05 has a MOSFET output rated for 5 Amps at 100 VDC, comes with standard Quick Connect terminals for easy installation, and it’s cULus and TUV certified and CE compliant.
